Today at lunch I got to go see the baseball parade go past my office building on the Bryant Park side. The Avenues of America and 40th Street. I stood on the sidewalk for a while but it was hot so I went to the cafe on the second floor of the Japenese book store next to Staples. It was packed but not too bad and it has air condition. I was going there for lunch before I knew about the parade. If I had a better camera, I’d have a ton of great photos. The cafe overlooks Bryant Park and was the perfect place to watch the parade. I’m glad not too many people know about the cafe.

I also saw and took a photo with The Boston Red Cups! Two guys wearing red garbage cans painted to look like plastic party cups. Dan took the photo and I’ll post it when I get it.
